A new women’s activewear brand opened its first Michigan store at Woodland Mall.
The opening of Offline by Aerie on Thursday, Jan. 13, marks the brand’s first location in Michigan, as well as the first for Woodland Mall parent company PREIT. The 3,600-square-foot store can be found in the JCPenney wing of the mall at 3195 28th St. SE in Kentwood.
Offline by Aerie’s activewear range includes clothing, loungewear, swimwear, outerwear, underwear and accessories to fit and encourage an active lifestyle. Clothing sizes range from XXS to XXL.
“We are delighted to welcome Offline by Aerie to Woodland Mall as its first Michigan location,” said Alyson Presser, marketing manager for Woodland Mall. “With its dedication to women’s fitness — mind, body and soul — Offline by Aerie will complement our expansive selection of destination retailers.”
Part of the American Eagle Outfitters portfolio, Offline by Aerie’s goal is to offer high-quality clothing, accessories and personal care products at affordable prices.
The new store joins existing Woodland Mall stores Apple, Dry Goods, Forever 21, H&M, Lovisa, PacSun, Rose & Remington, Urban Outfitters, The North Face, Pottery Barn and Von Maur, along with several dining establishments, including the Cheesecake Factory and Black Rock Bar & Grill.
Woodland Mall encourages shoppers to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines by using the hand sanitizer stations throughout the mall and practicing physical distancing.
