The Kent County Health Department and Grand Rapids Public Schools are providing routine vaccinations for GRPS students from 2-7 p.m. Aug. 26-Sept. 9.

Michigan has vaccine requirements for day care, pre-school and K-12 schools. All routine childhood and adolescent vaccines, including DTaP, polio, measles mumps rubella, chickenpox and COVID-19 are available.

The COVID-19 vaccine is free, but for other vaccines, Medicaid or insurance will be billed.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted if time allows. Parents are asked to identify themselves as GRPS parents when making an appointment. Masks are required at all vaccination sites.
