Specialty beers are just one part of the Ice Jam next weekend.
Perrin Brewing Co.’s third-annual winter festival will be on Jan. 26 from 3-8 p.m. at the brewery in Comstock Park, at 5910 Comstock Park Dr. NW.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Grand Rapids-based Kids’ Food Basket.
The event will feature live music from Sydney Burnham, The Turnips, Legal Immigrants and the Go-Rounds, specialty Perrin brews and the Frostbite 5k Run/Walk.
The race’s check-in is from noon to 2 p.m., and the race begins at 2 p.m.
Online registration for the race closes on Jan. 24.
Admission
Registration for the 5k also counts as admission to the festival.
Or you can get general admission to the Ice Jam Winter Festival with a donation of at least $10 — or a bag of food items from the Kids’ Food Basket wish list:
