A new craft soda shop is coming to the Grand Rapids Downtown Market.
Jeff Butzow, owner of Fish Lads and Carvers, plans to open High Tide Soda as one of two new business ventures in the Downtown Market for 2020.
High Tide Soda will be located in the space across from Dorothy & Tony’s Popcorn and will feature a selection of 500+ craft sodas, including mixers, available by the bottle, pack or case, as well as kegs for catering.
For those who want to grab a soda to drink right away, the shop will offer pre-chilled beverages.
Butzow announced the opening of High Tide Soda the same time as he announced Pinktail Poke, which will offer premium, chef-inspired poke bowls.
Build out of the new space started this month, and High Tide Soda plans to open in early 2020.
