Anne Seurynck (left) became Foster Swift’s first female president in 2020, leading with vision and innovation. She pioneered the firm’s flex program, promoting flexible and reduced schedules for attorneys. As a leading Michigan library law practitioner, Anne has helped establish 22 libraries statewide and played a key role in amending the District Library Establishment Act, shaping public resources for future generations.
Mindi Johnson (right) is the co-leader of the firm’s business and tax practice group. Mindi helps companies develop employee benefit programs that achieve company goals while providing meaningful benefits to employees. These benefit plans often include employee stock ownership plans and executive deferred compensation arrangements.
