// KEY SERVICES PROVIDED
ICCF Community Homes is the oldest nonprofit affordable housing provider in Michigan. It has been active in the Grand Rapids area since 1974, and it serves 2,000-plus households annually with housing solutions and related services.
• Family Shelter: Family Haven is a six-unit emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness.
• Aff ordable Rentals: ICCF owns and manages over 650 aff ordable rental units.
• Homeownership: ICCF renovates and constructs between 10 and 20 single- family homes each year for low-to- moderate income families.
• Financial Empowerment Initiatives: ICCF equips families to be more successful in addressing financial challenges and building assets. ICCF Community Homes’ initiatives are driven by the belief that all people deserve safe, stable, and affordable housing. In response to the growing housing crisis, ICCF continues to pursue equitable opportunities, affordable homes, and thriving neighborhoods.
