ICCF Community Homes has been creating housing opportunities in Grand Rapids since 1974. As Michigan’s oldest nonprofit affordable housing provider, ICCF serves more than 2,000 households each year through a range of housing and support services.
• Family Shelter: Family Haven is a six-unit emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness.
• Affordable Rentals: ICCF owns and manages nearly 700 aff ordable rental units.
• Homeownership: ICCF builds between 10 and 20 new single-family homes each year for low-to-moderate-income families.
• Supportive Services: ICCF provides resources for neighbors to build community and self-sufficiency.
Driven by the belief that everyone deserves a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home, ICCF continues to respond to the housing crisis by creating equitable opportunities, expanding affordable housing, and strengthening neighborhoods throughout our community.
