Jurassic Quest dinosaur

This weekend features dinosaurs downtown. And much more.

Jurassic Quest
(Friday-Sunday)

“Go back in time 60 million years and see more than 80 gigantic walking, breathing animatronic dinosaurs.” The Jurassic space will feature rides, games, science stations and more.

“Bodies Revealed”
(Sunday)

After nearly a decade, “Bodies Revealed” is returning to Grand Rapids. The exhibition features “real, whole and partial body specimens” that have been “preserved through an innovative process.”

The exhibit runs Nov. 16-May 17 at the Grand Rapids Public Museum. Tickets for this Saturday are sold out.

“An Evening with Cameron Blake”
(Saturday)

Cameron Blake, a singer-songwriter who lists Grand Rapids as his hometown, is “most passionate about engaging with the parts of us that are fragile and vulnerable.”

The concert is on Nov. 16 from 7:30-11 p.m. at the Listening Room.

In The Blue Jazz Ensemble
(Saturday)

“Come enjoy drinks and live jazz” from an ensemble that calls Grand Rapids its hometown.

The performance is on Nov. 16 from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. at Forty Pearl.

“Beer Hunting Season: A Sketch Show”
(Friday and Saturday)

This comedy show will feature sketches, video shorts, music and improv to “celebrate all things autumnal.”

The show is on Nov. 15 and 16 from 8-9:15 p.m. at The Comedy Project.
