A local museum is transforming into a concert hall.

The Grand Rapids Public Museum will host a “Classical Melodies Organ Concert” on Nov. 22 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 23 at 2 p.m. in the Meijer Theater at the museum.

They are part of the museum’s Mighty Wurlitzer Organ Concert Series.

The concerts will feature Andrew Rogers playing classical melodies, including “Cinderella’s Waltz,” “Chicago,” “Bye Bye Blues” and more.

Rogers is a professional organist who has conducted organ concerts throughout the world, including in France, Italy and Australia.

He’s also a staff member at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor.
