“We’re so excited to be hosting another Nature Makers Market just in time for the holidays,” said Ashley Day, program manager at Blandford Nature Center. “This time of year is so important to support local businesses and artists, and we’re glad we can be a part of connecting these awesome local vendors to more people in our community.”

COVID-19 protocols are in place, including the requirement of a mask in all indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status. With building capacity in mind, the market will be held in multiple buildings, including the Mary Jane Dockeray Visitor Center, Star Schoolhouse, Learning Lab and Environmental Education Center. Building capacities will be monitored, and visitors will follow a one-way flow of traffic through the market to limit contact with other shoppers.

Blandford Nature Center’s gift shop will be open during the event, and R.B. Stilwil Blacksmith Shop will offer made-to-order blacksmith items from a local volunteer.

Visitors are welcome to explore trails or visit wildlife at the nature center following the event, with a $3 general admission fee required for non-members.
