Join us on April 18th for the second installment of Field & Fire’s Guest Chef Series featuring the chefs behind Granor Farm, Abra Berens and Alex Skrzypczyk.
In April, Abra Berens and Alex Skrzypczyk of Granor Farm will be joining us for a family-style meal all about celebrating seasonal local produce and wines. They strive to make simple, delicious food that celebrates the Midwest. This Granor Farm team is showing up to convey their love of cooking vegetables and grains just-pulled from the ground, and sharing them with others.
These two incredibly talented chefs will be sharing their skills with GR for one night only. The menu will be an ode to the Midwest, celebrating seasonal local produce and wines through a simple and delicious dishes.
Expect a three course family style dinner with heavy snacks available upon arrival. Drink pairings served with each course. Menu teaser released soon, full menu will be posted one week prior to the event. Vegan and Gluten Free options available, please select ticket option at time of purchase.
