Mother, wife, business owner, and former Army officer Marcie Down Shoham also wears the dual crown of president and operating partner at Midwest Air Filter, although she prides herself on being trained in every aspect of the business.
Shoham thrives on solving problems, pushing through chaos, and making collaborative decisions — and she feels most fulfilled when she’s making a difference. As proper air filtration became an important part of the pandemic conversation, Shoham stepped up to ensure the most optimal filtration was available to those who needed it. Today, she continues to fuel her passion for selling clean air.
A mentor and leader, she’s helped guide fellow military veterans and small business startups on successful communication in business. She’s also active in supporting local youth as future leaders.
