Lindsey Vogl, D.D.S., founder and owner of Ada Dental Co., is a mom of five kids who strives to show that women don’t have to make the often tough decision to work or to stay home. She has seen firsthand that it’s possible — and very doable — to do both and not miss out on anything.
At the office, which is 100-percent women-driven, Vogl has created a flexible schedule to accommodate the balanced career and family lifestyle each team member desires. She uses a lead-by-example model that she hopes will help make this mindset the way of the future. In the community, Vogl actively volunteers in her children’s school and at Ada Bible, and she’s also a board member of the Ada Downtown Development Authority
