A nationwide survey examining dating in the time of the pandemic found that the average single person in Michigan would travel 2.4 hours to go on a date.

The survey was conducted by EverydayCarry.com and included over 3,200 participants. Michigan’s number is close to the reported national average of 2.3 hours.

Willingness to travel is higher in men than women, but the survey found that half of Michigan singles would avoid dating someone from an area with high COVID-19 numbers.
