A local gifting and promotional products company is turning to its fellow community business owners to avoid shortages ahead of the holiday season.

Posy Amenities collaborated with other local women-owned, minority-owned, or give-back companies to ensure product availability for its gift boxes, providing customers a unique gifting opportunity. The company’s give-back model supports AYA Youth Collective, with a portion of every sale being donated to the organization, which supports Grand Rapids youth facing instability or homelessness.

Posy’s partners, Shawn Campbell-Zoerhof and Marilyn Kehr, decided to get creative when noticing the effects of supply chain gaps on local businesses, including their own.

“You don’t need to go far to find your favorite things,” Campbell-Zoerhof said.

The pre-made gift bundles now are available for pre-order and offer individuals the opportunity to select from a variety of locally sourced gift options with the intention of saving time that would have otherwise been spent searching for gifts.

“We understand that the holiday season is a busy time and want to help you cross everything off your list,” Kehr said.

Up to this point, the company has focused on business-to-business sales and is offering its products direct to consumers for the first time with the holiday bundles.
