Founders Brewing Co. is inviting customers to a daylong event with drinks, music, a silent auction and a raffle to raise money for Ukrainian refugees.
The brewery will host the United We Stand Refugee Benefit from 1-8 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at its Grand Rapids taproom, at 235 Cesar E. Chavez Ave. SW in Grand Rapids.
United We Stand will include music from DJ Jeff Finan, Moonshot Band and Barvinok, silent auctions and raffles. Admission is free.
All proceeds from the auctions, raffles and $1 per pint sold during the event will go to the International Rescue Committee, an organization currently supporting the basic needs for all refugees with an emphasis on Ukraine and Poland.
The silent auction will include concert tickets, tours and tastings, JW Marriot hotel stays, local restaurant gift cards and art.
