A coworking space in Grand Rapids is set to host its first quarterly market event of the year.

Little Space Studio will have a Sustainability Market and Plant Swap from 12-5 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at its space in the Harris Building, at 111 S. Division Ave. in downtown Grand Rapids.

“To align with springtime, our first quarterly market will focus on plants and sustainability,” Hospitality Manager Jackie Greaves said.

The market will feature a unique shopping experience with 20 nature-inspired makers offering guests an opportunity to expand their garden and greenery knowledge. Coffee and treats from The Mortals Café + Confection also will be available.

Little Space Studio’s quarterly markets seek to connect the Grand Rapids community with new and emerging local makers, artists, craftspeople and business owners.

“We are fortunate to have such a talented pool of humans,” Greaves said. “Being able to showcase their abilities in the heart of downtown is really quite special.”

Little Space Studio provides flexible spaces for coworking, events, and workshops for freelancers and entrepreneurs.

Upcoming markets will be held in July, October and December.
