// GIVING OPPORTUNITIES

Be the Rock Gala
On Sept. 12, West Michigan’s most notable business and cultural leaders will gather at this dazzling affair to raise funds for and awareness of essential programs that uplift Michigan’s communities. Event Chair Lauren Davis, West Michigan regional president for Huntington Bank, will be on hand to host you. Tickets are available at samaritas.org/BeTheRock.

Neighbors, Not Numbers Campaign
This Samaritas campaign educates Michiganders that our neighbors, kids, and co-workers may be just a paycheck away from instability and may need an affordable housing solution to keep going. Everyone deserves a safe and affordable home. Learn how you can help at samaritas.org/Neighbors-Not-Numbers.

Good Samaritan Fund
Help Samaritas serve people in its West Michigan communities as an expression of the love of Christ. Visit samaritas.org/donate to learn how you can support its mission.

Connecting one-on-one with leaders like Grand Rapids Mayor Rosalynn Bliss is just one of the benefits of attending the Be the Rock Gala on Sept. 12, which raises funds for and awareness of critical programs to preserve Michigan’s communities. Mayor Bliss is seen here flanked by Samaritas interim CEO Dave Morin and Kevin Van Den Bosch, chief program officer for Samaritas.
Legislative, community, and business partnerships large and small are needed to support Samaritas programs. Samaritas leaders Kelli Dobner, chief growth officer, and interim CEO Dave Morin are seen here at the Mackinac Policy Conference with Sen. Gary Peters and Samaritas board Director Kush Shaqiri.
Samaritas is Michigan’s best-known refugee resettlement agency. Samaritas celebrates the positive contributions of Michigan’s refugees with events in Grand Rapids each June. Activities like the World Refugee Day Picnic and the Refugee Youth Art Show illustrate the beautiful mosaic of clientele.
