End your day with a craft cocktail (or several, no one’s judging). Tonight, 22 craft distillers from around Michigan are throwing the first Michigan Distilled Festival.

The festival is being held from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. under the Fulton Street Farmers Market pavilion, at 1145 Fulton St. East, with a VIP reception beginning at 5 p.m. for VIP ticket holders.

The festival features craft spirits and cocktails made by distillers around the Great Lakes state, food from local restaurants, and live music from Megan Dooley, The Bootstrap Boys and Conrad Shock+the Noise.

The VIP hour offers guests an “enhanced experience” with handcrafted cocktails and a chance to meet with local bartenders and mixologists. VIP tickets are $75 each and include five 3-ounce batch cocktails (or ¼-ounce samples of spirits available from each respective distillery), one handcrafted cocktail (available only during the VIP hour) and one food item, along with a swag bag and commemorative logo cup.

General admission tickets are $40 and include five 3-ounce batch cocktails (or ¼-ounce samples of spirits) available from each respective distillery.

Additional tasting tickets will be available at the festival for $20 (for five 3-ounce samples).

Food from Slows Bar BQ, HopCat, The Knickerbocker and Long Road Distillers will also be available at an additional cost. There will be a selection of non-alcoholic beverages provided by Brewt’s Bloody Mary and Madcap Coffee as well.

Visit Michigan Distilled for a full list of participating distillers. Attendees must be 21+ and a valid photo ID is required for entry. Designated driver tickets will be sold at the gate for $5 each.
