7 Monks Taproom is joining the fun of GR Beer Week with two special events at its taproom on Michigan Street.
The festivities kick off on Feb. 20 with GR Beer Week: Featuring Michigan’s Dream Team.
The tap list will include offerings from Michigan breweries, including HOMES Brewery, Speciation Artisan Ales, Transient Artisan Ales, Barrel + Beam and Watermark Brewing Company.
The following day, Feb. 21, will mark Winter Beer Festival Michigan Collaboration Convention. This event is a partnership with 7 Monks Taproom, The Sovengard and The Pyramid Scheme, with more to be announced at a later date.
Participating breweries and collaborations include:
- Arvon Brewing Co. and Watermark Brewing Company
- Speciation Artisan Ales and Rake Beer Project
- Drafting Table Brewing Company and Short’s Brewing Company
- Our Brewing Company and Brewery 4 Two 4
- Stormcloud Brewing Company and The Filling Station Microbrewery
- Ellison Brewery + Spirits and Eastern Market Brewing Co
- The Mitten Brewing Co. and DeHop’s Brewing Company & Café
- Ascension Brewing Company and Wax Wings Brewing Company
- Earthen Ales and Five Shores Brewing
Both events will go from 3 p.m. until last call at 11:45 p.m. 7 Monks Taproom is located at 740 Michigan St. NE, Grand Rapids.
