Open Projector Night

Celebrate short films with the Open Projector Night series, a recurring cinematic event presenting the work of local, regional, and national filmmakers with a Michigan connection at Wealthy Theatre, 1130 Wealthy St SE, in Grand Rapids.
Enjoy a diverse range of movies from animated narratives, and commercial work, to experimental pieces. After the event, participate in a question and answer panel with the filmmakers and vote for your favorite short film.
Doors open at 6 p.m., screenings start at 7 p.m.
Cost is $8 (general admission) or $6 for Community Media Center, Wealthy Theatre, KCAD Students and UICA members.

Originally founded in 2012, at the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts (UICA), Open Projector Night provides the accessible opportunity for local and regional filmmakers to share their work on the big screen and connect with others.
