Hellbender + PostBoy Abandon Ship Dinner

PostBoy’s ongoing Abandon Ship guest chef series continues with Yara Herrera, Chef/Partner of New York City’s Hellbender. Named one of the country’s most exciting emerging culinary voices by The New York Times, Herrera joins James Beard–recognized Chef/Owner James Galbraith for a one-night-only collaboration.

The five-course, family-style dinner highlights Herrera’s distinctly Mexican-American perspective and inventive approach to heirloom corn, with dishes like masa pancakes with kuromitsu, ricotta crema, and caviar; duck carnitas “pozole” congee with mole seco; crispy lamb with black garlic macha and shiso tortillas; and sudachi julius jello with salted whipped cream.
