A local orchard and winery revealed its fall 2022 corn maze design.

Robinette’s Apple Haus and Winery, 3142 4 Mile Road NE, announced this year’s corn maze design is an apple, inspired by the orchard’s nine-foot tall Big Apple, located on the farm since 1973.

The “Big Apple” corn maze will be open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 12 p.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6-Nov. 6.

The orchard’s corn maze is a fall staple for West Michigan. The maze is 6.5 acres, and is redesigned with a new theme every year.

Robinette’s plants its corn in grids to create an easily mapped space for its corn maze designs. As the corn grows, it is trimmed and shaped to grow into unique designs and the new corn maze design is revealed each fall.

Maze tickets are $9 per person, with free entry for children under two. Tickets are available at the maze entrance, the Robinette’s Red Barn or the activity ticket booth on weekends.

Other activities at Robinette’s include hayrides, a petting zoo and wine tasting, in addition to fresh fruit and baked goods offered year-round.
