The Grand Rapids Public Museum will roll out its Sean Kenney’s Wild Connections Made with Lego Bricks exhibition Nov. 7.

The exhibit, made entirely from the toy blocks, will explore animal endangerment, the balance of ecosystems and mankind’s relationship with nature.

In addition to the sculptures featured in the exhibition, there will be interactive measuring, such as “How far can you jump?,” “How tall are you in Legos?” a Lego-themed photo op and an animal tracks scavenger hunt for families.

Two more hands-on activities will be available later in the exhibition run as determined by COVID-19 safety guidelines.

Tickets, which are $12 for adults and $7 for children with discounts for Kent County residents and museum members, can be purchased at grpm.org/wildconnections or by calling (616) 929-1700. Advance ticketing is required.

Members can see the exhibit first at the member-only preview from 5-8 p.m. Nov. 6. Members also must reserve tickets in advance.
