A DIY craft studio is hosting an open-paint night to mark three years in business.
Jennifer VanStrien, owner of Hammer & Stain West Michigan, will celebrate her business’ third anniversary with two separate open paint sessions from 4-6:30 p.m. and 6:30-9 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at the Hammer & Stain workshop at 3901 Chicago Drive SW in Grandville.
The event will include 10% off all projects, individually packaged snacks and nonalcoholic beverages, and raffle tickets for giveaways of swag, discounts on workshops, jewelry, tumblers and more for those who purchase projects that cost $35 or more.
“When opening three years ago, I never could have predicted what these first few years would look like,” VanStrien said on the event page. “I am so thankful to be celebrating three years and am so grateful for each of you.”
Registration is required for the event, and attendees must select one of two times (4 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.) when they sign up.
Each guest must select their own project to complete (no joint projects allowed) and no preorders or customizations will be available. The projects will include a variety of precut stencils and a selection of paints and stains.
More information is on the event page.
