Circle Theatre revealed its main stage lineup for the 2021 season, which begins in December.

The 69th season will have a combination of live and virtual plays and musicals presented at the theater, which is located at the Performing Arts Center on the campus of Aquinas College, 1607 Robinson Road SE.

The main stage productions include the musical “Always… Patsy Cline” both live and virtually; musical event “American Graffiti in Concert”; musical “Disaster”; play “Moon Over Buffalo”; musical “Cabaret”; play “Noises Off”; musical “Hair”; and the 2021 Magic Circle family’s production of “Goldilocks & The Three Pigs.”

The Summer Concert Series performances include “Hits of the 80s: Vol. 2”; “Freebird: Classic Rock of the 70s”; “ABC: Boy Band Evolution”; and “Hello Sunshine: Songs of Summer.” There also will be Circle Outdoor Concerts on the lawn outside of the theater.

Circle Theatre is offering patrons at-home access to new exclusive virtual content on-demand and streaming of performances such as “The Spoon River Anthology”; play “Father Comes Home From The Wars: Parts I, II, & III”; special events include Circle Holiday Concert; virtual trivia; and Circle’s very first Mystery Singer competition.

The theater also is offering a new membership program that includes exclusive events and discounts. There are three levels of membership (Circle Membership, 2021 Circle VIP Membership and Circle Social Club Member) with each level giving patrons a variety of access and discounts throughout the season. All productions, except Circle Virtual Theatre content, will be delivered live or with a combination of live and on-demand video.
