A neighborhood celebration and birthday party will take place this weekend.
The Boston Square Fair will run from 12-6 p.m. Saturday, July 9, at the Boston Square Community Parklet, 1505 Kalamazoo Ave. SE in Grand Rapids.
This year’s festival will feature food trucks, local vendors, live music, games, a DJ and other family-friendly activities.
The event also will bring the community together to celebrate the third birthday of the Boston Square Neighborhood Association (BSNA).
“I’ve never lived in a community that loves its neighbors as much as we do in Boston Square,” said Victor Williams, president of BSNA.
Though BSNA was established in 2019, this marks the second summer event for the neighborhood.
The Boston Square Fair will be hosted by Boston Square Together and its partners, Oakdale Neighbors, Amplify GR and the city of Grand Rapids.
