The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation will host an evening honoring First Lady Betty Ford.
The “America’s First Ladies: She Did All That” event will be from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, at The Ambassador Ballroom in Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, at 187 Monroe Ave. NW in Grand Rapids.
The documentary “She Did All That — Betty Ford: Speaking Out, Saving Lives” will make its debut at the event, which also will include a reception. The documentary is written by Lisa Rafferty, a playwright, director and producer.
