BABY AND BEYOND – EXHIBITOR/VENDOR

  • Thank you for participating in the Grand Rapids Baby and Beyond Expo to be held September 14-15, 2019 at MSA Woodland in Grand Rapids. Please fill out the form below to confirm your participation. Exhibitors who do not fill out the form before August 14, 2019 will not be able to exhibit at the event.

  • Signage will be ordered based on this form ONLY. Signage will be printed and ordered at no cost to you if submitted by August 14, 2019.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for all licensing and permits required to display and/or sell their products/services at the Expo.

  • All exhibitors will receive 8’ x 10’ display space (8 feet deep by 10 feet wide), back drape, side paneling, and branded signage (if submitted by August 14).

  • I agree to stay within my designated space with all my materials.

    I agree I will not use a tent unless approved by Expo Management.

    I agree that my side walls can come out a maximum of five (5) feet on the sides unless otherwise approved by Expo Management.

    I agree that no “As Seen On TV” or sales tier banners will be hung within my booth.

    Exhibitor may not cancel their agreement. Exhibitor investment must be paid in full on or before August 14, 2019. Any amount not paid in full on or before August 14, 2019 will bear interest at 1.5% per month. A $250 fee will be assessed for no shows.
