Green Zebra
A new pub crawl tour offers you a fun way to view hundreds of ArtPrize entries while enjoying beer from more than a dozen breweries and restaurants downtown.
Beer O’ Clock, an online resource focused on happy hours and daily drinking specials in Grand Rapids, created Art Crawl, a map to help you find the best happy hour specials while checking out popular ArtPrize Nine venues nearby. Bonus: all of the restaurants and bars included on the map are also ArtPrize venues.
“We have set up seven must-see art venues and 17 bars to stop at during the Art Crawl,” said Daniel VanderMolen, co-founder of the Beer O’Clock website.
The map is available online as well as at each of the 17 bars on the map.
Be sure to try out Founder’s ArtPrize inspired beer Green Zebra, a gose-style ale brewed with watermelon and sea salt, while you’re refueling.
There are over 40 bars and restaurants participating as ArtPrize venues this year.
