BISSELL said the class will focus on “awakening the senses and taking life a little less seriously,” which it pointed out are “two things dogs do amazingly well.”
Instructors from AM Yoga will serve as guides, helping participants connect with their dog as they “bond through poses for pets and people to increase flexibility and fun.”
Bring your pup on a leash, a yoga mat you aren’t afraid to get a few paws on, and a sense of humor.
The one-night only class takes place at 7 p.m. at Fuller Park, 300 Fuller Ave. NE, in Grand Rapids. All funds raised will directly support BISSELL Pet Foundation’s mission to help save pets in shelters and rescues.
Tickets for Paws and Reflect are available online at www.eventbrite.com now until Aug. 2. Tickets are $20 in advance and the first 50 participants to register will receive a BISSELL Pet Foundation leash as a commemorative gift. Same day registration will begin at 6 p.m.
