ADMISSION
$10.00 for all 3 days. Purchase a wristband at any of the properties on the tour. Ride the tour busses and visit the properties all weekend.
FREE PARKING & BUSSES
Park in any of these conveniently located parking areas
City Lot Area 7 is south of Michigan and north of Pearl
Northwest lot is behind Boardwalk Condominiums, enter off Mason street between Monroe and Ottawa.
Northeast lot is located at the Park Row Condominiums on Union St. near the Women’s Health Center, one block off Michigan Ave.
BUSSES
The DASH busses will be marked PARADE OF DOWNTOWN LIVING and one comes along approximately every 20 minutes from each stop on the tour.
The wristband is required to ride the busses.
The busses will run ½ hour later each day to get you back to your car.
VOLUNTEERS
Tour guides will be on the busses to answer questions, talk about the wonders of our fair city; how to live in it and how to ENJOY it!

Dwelling Place improves the lives of people by creating quality affordable housing, providing essential support services and serving as a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization.
The $10.00 admission supports Dwelling Place.
After only 4 Parades nearly $30,000 has been donated to Dwelling Place.
