City guides will be on the busses to answer questions, talk about the wonders of the city, how to live in it and how to ENJOY it! There will be many special features on the parade this year designed to expose the “tourists” to the excitement of City Living.
PARK AND RIDE FREE
Park free at 3 locations and ride the Parade tour busses.
City Lot Area 7 is south of Michigan and north of Pearl.
Northwest free lot is located behind Boardwalk Condo’s enter off Mason St. between Ottawa and Monroe
Southeast free lot is adjacent to Fairmount Square on Hollister St. just south of Cherry behind the Greenwell.
The city busses are marked Parade of Downtown Living and one comes along approximately every 20 minutes from each stop on the tour.
TOUR GUIDES
Learn about city living while you ride the bus. Volunteers will be on board to answer questions about living downtown, point out special attractions along the way, give directions and help you get the most out of the Parade.
TICKETS
Purchase a $10.00 wristband at your first condominium stop. Cash or checks payable to Dwelling Place will be accepted.
Wristbands may be purchased in advance, call 459-3133 for locations the week prior to the Parade. Valid for all three days the wristband is also good for several other stops on the tour and special donations to Dwelling Place from participating restaurants.
